Accendo Assets is a complete, custom asset management solution for any industry. Users create asset types,
their attributes and their relationship to other assets. SFW's assets have no limitations and are bounded
only by a user's imagination. Assets may be concrete elements, such as a fire extinguisher, an office, a
gas valve, an employee or furniture. Assets also may be more abstract, such as a department, lease, insurance
certificate, project or idea.
Similarly, Accendo Incidents may be tailored to fit the particular needs of each client. Users determine the
exact incident hierarchies, incident names, incident attributes and possible incident contributing factors.
Accendo Incidents may be used in a more traditional fashion to track police crime reports or to comply with
various regulations and standards, such as the FBI UCR. Incidents also may be designed to comply with an
organization's legal and insurance requirements.
Finally, Accendo Issues is designed as a global issues management system, which may be used as a traditional
